I grew up in Saint Lucia, watching the Caribbean make do with software built for somewhere else — clunky systems, hand-me-down tools, platforms that never quite fit how we actually live and work. I started SamKis Labs because I was tired of waiting for someone else to fix that.
So we build from scratch, here, for problems I can see with my own eyes — a clinic that needs a better way to care for its patients, a farmer who can't reach the right buyer, a church that just wants to stay organised. The same world-class standard the bigger markets take for granted, designed for ours.
That's what drives us: the conviction that being from a small place is no reason to think small. We're only just getting started.
